Loyalty programme – how points work

Every purchase in our shop earns you points that you can exchange for a discount on your next orders. 1 point = PLN 1 discount (in euros or pounds: the equivalent at the shop’s exchange rate).

Who can collect points

The programme is open to customers with an account in our shop. Simply create an account with your first order and shop while logged in. Orders placed without an account (“as a guest”) do not earn points.

How many points you earn

• 1 point for every full PLN 10 spent on skincare – e.g. an order of PLN 315 earns 31 points.
• Shipping costs are not included.
• You will see the exact number of points for your order in the basket. On product pages we show the points for the largest size.
• Paying in euros or pounds? Points are calculated on the equivalent value of your order in PLN at the shop’s exchange rate, so you earn the same number of points as when paying in PLN. At the current rate, that is 1 point for every approx. €2.32 or £1.98.

When points appear in your account

Points are added once your order has been completed – you will receive an email confirming the points earned. If an order is cancelled or returned, the points for it are deducted.

How long points are valid

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. We will send you a reminder email 30 days before they expire. You can also see points that are about to expire under My account → Points & Coupons. Unused points expire after this period.

How to use your points

• 1 point = PLN 1 discount (when paying in euros or pounds – the equivalent at the shop’s exchange rate, currently approx. €0.23 or £0.20).
• You can use up to 200 points per order, i.e. a discount of up to PLN 200 (currently approx. €46 or £40).
• A points coupon can be used if the value of your products after the discount is at least PLN 100 (excluding shipping). When paying in euros or pounds – the equivalent of PLN 100 at the shop’s exchange rate (currently approx. €23 or £20).
• Redeem your points in the basket (link in the points message) or under My account → Points & Coupons. The discount code you receive for your points is valid for 99 days.
• You also earn new points on orders where you use points.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
