De nombreuses huiles essentielles et d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients naturels allergisants peuvent provoquer des r\u00e9actions allergiques et des irritations, en particulier sur une peau sensible. La demande en cosm\u00e9tiques naturels hypoallerg\u00e9niques augmente donc&nbsp;: des formules qui associent les atouts des ingr\u00e9dients naturels \u00e0 un risque d\u2019allergie r\u00e9duit au minimum. Choisir un soin naturel pour peau sensible, c\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui privil\u00e9gier des formules r\u00e9fl\u00e9chies, dont la tol\u00e9rance a \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e par des tests, plut\u00f4t que de suivre une mode ou un argument marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Une question sur votre peau&nbsp;? En Europe, il n\u2019existe pourtant aucune d\u00e9finition l\u00e9gale unique de la cosm\u00e9tique naturelle. La norme ISO 16128 propose une m\u00e9thode pour calculer la part naturelle ou d\u2019origine naturelle d\u2019une formule, mais ce n\u2019est pas une certification. Il vaut donc la peine de v\u00e9rifier les labels et surtout la liste des ingr\u00e9dients (INCI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosm\u00e9tique naturelle ou bio&nbsp;: que garantissent les labels&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Europe, la plupart des cosm\u00e9tiques naturels et bio certifi\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent au r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel COSMOS (utilis\u00e9 notamment par Ecocert et la Soil Association). COSMOS Natural n\u2019exige pas d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients bio&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9tiquette indique le pourcentage d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019origine naturelle. COSMOS Organic exige qu\u2019au moins 95&nbsp;% des ingr\u00e9dients agricoles transform\u00e9s physiquement soient bio, et que le produit fini le soit \u00e0 au moins 20&nbsp;% (10&nbsp;% pour les produits rinc\u00e9s). En revanche, aucun label ne renseigne sur les allerg\u00e8nes&nbsp;: les ingr\u00e9dients naturels allergisants, en particulier les huiles essentielles, sont autoris\u00e9s par ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels. Ce que garantit r\u00e9ellement un label bio, et ce qu\u2019il ne garantit pas, je l\u2019explique dans mon article sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandrakubas.com\/fr\/cosmetiques-naturels-idees-recues\/\">id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur les cosm\u00e9tiques naturels<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"que-signifie-hypoallergenique\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que signifie \u00ab&nbsp;hypoallerg\u00e9nique&nbsp;\u00bb sur un cosm\u00e9tique naturel&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un cosm\u00e9tique hypoallerg\u00e9nique est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9duire au minimum le risque d\u2019irritation et d\u2019allergie. Sa formule exclut les allerg\u00e8nes cosm\u00e9tiques les plus fr\u00e9quents, les colorants et les conservateurs agressifs. Il s\u2019adresse en particulier aux peaux sensibles, atopiques ou sujettes aux allergies cutan\u00e9es. Attention cependant&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;hypoallerg\u00e9nique&nbsp;\u00bb ne signifie pas \u00ab&nbsp;sans allerg\u00e8nes&nbsp;\u00bb ni \u00ab&nbsp;sans aucun risque&nbsp;\u00bb. La mention indique un potentiel allergisant r\u00e9duit, pas nul. Dans l\u2019UE, une all\u00e9gation comme \u00ab&nbsp;hypoallerg\u00e9nique&nbsp;\u00bb doit reposer sur des preuves&nbsp;: le produit doit \u00eatre con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9duire au minimum son potentiel allergisant, et sa tol\u00e9rance doit \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e, par exemple par des patch tests ou un test HRIPT. Autre id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue&nbsp;: un soin hypoallerg\u00e9nique serait moins efficace. C\u2019est l\u2019inverse&nbsp;: une formule bien pens\u00e9e peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois efficace et douce, et soutenir la barri\u00e8re cutan\u00e9e. Le produit est appliqu\u00e9 sur la peau sous un pansement occlusif pendant 48 heures, puis on \u00e9value l\u2019apparition de rougeurs ou de d\u00e9mangeaisons. Le test ROAT (Repeated Open Application Test) consiste \u00e0 appliquer le produit au m\u00eame endroit, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement deux fois par jour pendant une \u00e0 deux semaines. Il montre comment la peau r\u00e9agit \u00e0 un usage r\u00e9gulier. Ces tests sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des volontaires, y compris des personnes \u00e0 la peau sensible ou allergique. Le plus exigeant est le test HRIPT&nbsp;: pendant trois semaines, le produit est appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises sous pansement au m\u00eame endroit, puis, apr\u00e8s une pause, une derni\u00e8re fois sur une zone de peau vierge, pour v\u00e9rifier si une sensibilisation s\u2019est install\u00e9e. Il est men\u00e9 sous contr\u00f4le dermatologique, et un r\u00e9sultat sans r\u00e9action confirme le faible potentiel allergisant de la formule. Ensemble, ces tests r\u00e9duisent fortement le risque de r\u00e9action, mais aucun ne peut l\u2019exclure chez chaque personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab&nbsp;Test\u00e9 dermatologiquement&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;hypoallerg\u00e9nique&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;: quelle diff\u00e9rence&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l\u2019UE, chaque cosm\u00e9tique doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant sa mise sur le march\u00e9, et de nombreux fabricants confirment aussi la tol\u00e9rance cutan\u00e9e par un test dermatologique de base. La mention \u00ab&nbsp;test\u00e9 dermatologiquement&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;test\u00e9 sous contr\u00f4le dermatologique&nbsp;\u00bb est donc un standard, pas un signe distinctif&nbsp;: elle indique seulement que le produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 sur la peau sous la supervision d\u2019un dermatologue, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour d\u00e9tecter une irritation. Ce n\u2019est pas la preuve qu\u2019il ne provoquera jamais de r\u00e9action. \u00ab&nbsp;Hypoallerg\u00e9nique&nbsp;\u00bb va plus loin&nbsp;: le produit a pass\u00e9 des tests suppl\u00e9mentaires, non obligatoires, qui confirment son faible potentiel allergisant. Sur une peau sensible, c\u2019est cette mention qui compte. Mes soins <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandrakubas.com\/fr\/produit\/cream\/\">Cream<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandrakubas.com\/fr\/produit\/gentle-gel\/\">Gentle Gel<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/alexandrakubas.com\/fr\/produit\/serum-q10\/\">Serum + Q10<\/a> ont pass\u00e9 des tests dermatologiques \u00e9tendus, dont des patch tests, et aucune \u00e9tude n\u2019a montr\u00e9 d\u2019irritation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ingredients-naturels-allergisants\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients naturels allergisants&nbsp;: huiles essentielles, plantes, conservateurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 une id\u00e9e r\u00e9pandue, les ingr\u00e9dients naturels allergisants sont une cause fr\u00e9quente de r\u00e9actions en cosm\u00e9tique. Les huiles essentielles de lavande (riche en linalol), de menthe poivr\u00e9e (menthol, limon\u00e8ne) ou d\u2019arbre \u00e0 th\u00e9 (tea tree) sont des allerg\u00e8nes puissants qui, sur une peau sensible, peuvent provoquer irritations et inflammation. Les extraits de plantes ne sont pas non plus totalement sans risque. La camomille, le calendula et l\u2019arnica appartiennent \u00e0 la famille des Ast\u00e9rac\u00e9es et peuvent provoquer des r\u00e9actions crois\u00e9es chez les personnes allergiques aux plantes de ce groupe. La propolis est un allerg\u00e8ne de contact bien document\u00e9, et m\u00eame l\u2019aloe vera peut parfois sensibiliser la peau. Quant \u00e0 l\u2019acide benzo\u00efque et \u00e0 l\u2019acide sorbique, conservateurs autoris\u00e9s en cosm\u00e9tique naturelle, ils peuvent irriter une peau sensible, plus souvent qu\u2019ils ne provoquent une v\u00e9ritable allergie. Lisez donc toujours l\u2019\u00e9tiquette et rep\u00e9rez les allerg\u00e8nes du parfum de la liste europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les huiles essentielles pures cachent un pi\u00e8ge suppl\u00e9mentaire&nbsp;: au contact de l\u2019air, le linalol et le limon\u00e8ne s\u2019oxydent peu \u00e0 peu en hydroperoxydes, bien plus allergisants. Le linalol et le limon\u00e8ne oxyd\u00e9s comptent parmi les allerg\u00e8nes du parfum les plus fr\u00e9quents dans les patch tests, et la plupart des allergies \u00e0 l\u2019huile essentielle d\u2019arbre \u00e0 th\u00e9 sont dues \u00e0 une huile ancienne, oxyd\u00e9e. Dans un cosm\u00e9tique bien formul\u00e9, les antioxydants, l\u2019emballage et les tests de stabilit\u00e9 ralentissent ce processus. Respectez donc toujours la dur\u00e9e d\u2019utilisation apr\u00e8s ouverture et n\u2019utilisez pas un produit dont la date de p\u00e9remption est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
